9th Annual Community Kwanzaa Celebration

Greetings to you all. I have taken a break from blogging due to my focus on school, my small business, and some technical difficulties with technology! Hope all is well. This upcoming Monday, I will be speaking about group economics at the Broadview Public Library for the 9th Annual Community Kwanzaa Celebration. All the information can be found in the flyer. If you are in the Chicago area, please join if you can.
I definitely want to start partaking in more events instead of just blogging and vlogging. I think this is a big issue with our digital society now. We tend to go online with a mentality that our strong opinions, educated backgrounds, and intellectual volcabulary are enough to solve the world issues. I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but they will not. There is nothing wrong with debates, blogging, discussions, etc, but those are not enough. It seems that many of only want to be RIGHT more than we want to contribute in actual change. After a while, in my opinion atleast, the debates, the blog posts, and other things get old. What are we contributing?
I will of course continue to do some blogging, but I also want to take it upon myself to be more active and giving of myself and my time to those in need. Thank you all for reading my blogs throughout the past years and please come to the Kwanzaa event if you are able!
