90's Girl Group TLC Biopic Movie 'CrazySexyCool' coming to VH1 this Fall

This October, cable channel VH1 will be airing an original movie based on the lives of the girls from the 90's girl group TLC.

The group will be starring Lil' Mama as Left Eye, Keke Palmer as Chili, and Drew Sidora as T-Boz. The preview for the movie came out sometime last week and it looks like it's going to be really good. Earlier this year, I noticed the cast, especially Lil' Mama, was being clowned when pictures of them came out where they were dressed like the group.

I think it was unfair that they were being put down, especially with Lil' Mama portraying the deceased Left Eye. It was just really unnecessary. Lil' Mama is talented, she looks similar to Left Eye, her rapping style is also very similar.to hers. How do people know the movie is going to be bad if they only saw the promotional pictures? How bout we give them a chance. I would sure like to see some of these people who were complaining about it get up and act for us so we could critique them. And of course now that everyone has seen the preview for it, all the naysayers as well are excited. Typical.

I think the casting was chosen very well, all of these girls can act, the costumes look very 90's and TLC-ish. Anyway, I think this will be a good movie and I'm looking forward to seeing it, nothing like bringing back one of the best eras of music through a movie.
